We want you to love your Illumicrate pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring the pre-paid shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our returns portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
